How Thekedaar works

Choose a site and the whole assigned crew appears. Mark all present, then change the few who were half day or absent. Overtime hours go in the same row. If someone is already marked at another site that day, Thekedaar says so before you save.

Daily, monthly and contract workers with their rate, role and photo. Each worker's page shows this month's hajri, what they earned, what they took as advance, what you paid and what is still baaki.

Fixed price, labour contract, per sq. ft., rate contract and more. Assign the crew, track the contract value and see where the money is going.

Earnings, advances and payments are three different things and Thekedaar never mixes them up. Every entry is dated and traceable, and a mistake is reversed rather than erased.

Materials, transport, fuel, food, tools, subcontractors. Add a bill photo from the site so nothing gets forgotten by the end of the month.

Revenue minus labour cost minus expenses, with the margin, on every project. Over-budget sites are flagged on the dashboard before they hurt.

Attendance, salary, advances, payments, outstanding wages, project P&L, cashbook, receivable and payable — filtered by date or project, and exportable.
